As a busy momma of two I unfortunately don't have time to write a novel length review for Tanya. If I did have the time I would write it! Because she is the best and her care was down to the detail. I could go on and on about how amazing Tanya is.
I think I actually said to her one time, "Tanya. Your care makes me want to have another baby just so I can have you as my midwife."
Tanya is so personable. She was so gracious to my daughter at each appointment: letting her assist in "checking the baby". She was only a text away, which was amazing. I felt so safe, secure, and empowered in her care.
My birth was amazing and I know a huge reason why was because of how much I could trust her and that she truly trusted me and what my body could do. She respected and honored my body and what it needed to do in birth and at the same time was there and present and available every step of the way. I love how Tanya is real, down to earth, and funny. She brings that to her midwifery practice and that is truly refreshing in this day and age when we are so inundated with fear and disempowering messages about women and birth."
